Lord help me to fathom the depths of Your realm,
To understand fully what You have in store.
Lord help let go and have You at the helm.
Eternity’s boundless I’d love to know more.
The treasures God’s shared, although centuries old,
His people, through history have captured each word,
Preserved through the ages, recorded on scrolls.
And those who knew Jesus wrote down what they heard.
I’m grateful for Bibles, so many in print,
So easily purchased, distributed, shared.
Its books probe the depths, let us know the extent
Of God’s love for His people and how much He cared.
His love is extended to you and to me,
That limitless, boundless eternity free.
