If not, then I pray you’re soon back on your feet.
I pray you have laughter and stories to tell.
I pray you have shelter and plenty to eat.
I pray you know peace, find some time to reflect
On the ways you’ve been blessed on your journey to here.
Taking time to be grateful we sometimes neglect.
Identify milestones and blessings each year.
I pray if you’re faced with a major life change
That you find all the courage you need to endure,
And the strength to adapt, to adjust, rearrange.
I pray that your faith remains steady and sure.
I pray most of all you have love in your heart
From the One who was born with God’s gift to impart.
