My life’s slowed down, less need to rush.
I now enjoy a slower pace.
I seek God’s peace amidst the hush.
I know God’s love, His joy, His grace.
So many truths I’ve yet to learn,
So much that I have yet to know,
Lord grant me wisdom to discern,
Digest the truth that I may grow.
Then help me Lord know how to share,
Find places Lord to read a rhyme.
I don’t know how or when or where,
You’ve made the plans, the place and time.
I trust you Lord to lead the way,
Direct me Lord, you know the day.
