It’s already December and Christmas draws near.
It’s a time of reflection, reviewing this year.
I pray that the joyful days outweighed the sad.
I pray that the new year approaching brings glad.
It’s a time to remember the Christmases past,
Those mem’ries we cherish that linger and last.
So many good people, the ones we have loved,
Have gone on to glory in heaven above.
The love that they left is still with us today,
Their love still remains and will linger and stay.
Love never runs out, always more we can give.
I pray I share love every day that I live.
May the message of Christmas be spread through the earth.
Love took human form the night Mary gave birth.
