When hurts cut deep into the soul,
From deep within there comes a groan,
When desolation takes its toll,
Reach out to God. You’re not alone.
The God whose Son came here to die
Can mend the lonely broken hearts.
I can’t conceive the depth of why,
But know His love will not depart.
The Lord will help the hurts to mend,
Help ease the pain until it’s gone.
He’s always there, a constant friend.
You’ll never need to walk alone.
I pray you know God’s love inside.
God’s love runs deep, in Him confide.
