Entrusted to bodies so fragile and weak,
God chose as the place where His Spirit resides.
He has chosen the lowly, the humble, the meek.
There’s so little room in a heart full of pride.
We’re fragile containers, the treasure’s within,
God’s light from above that He placed in our heart.
We answered His calling, let new life begin.
Infused with His love we now have a new start.
Our bodies still fragile feel sorrow and pain.
The Lord provides comfort and gathers our tears.
He is the source of our strength to regain.
He lights our path, we can walk without fear.
The Lord in His majesty soon will return,
His light and His glory we’ll fully discern.
