By now you’ve likely figured out,
For sure by now you have no doubt,
I love to share with words in rhymes.
I’ve written now so many lines.
That’s just the way God wired my brain.
My words are mostly simple, plain.
I’ve written down a tale or two
As picture books, released a few.
The rhymes emerged quite late in life.
At first I shared just with my wife.
What started as a few, then more,
A year ago began to pour.
So many lines already penned,
I don’t know if, or when, they’ll end.
Until that day I’ll write and share,
Pray others find God’s love and care.
