Life Interrupted

July 12, 2020

Some days derail, don’t follow plan.
I just hang on the best I can.

This roller coaster mode of life
Is full of twists and turns and strife.

Disruptions have become the norm.
It seems so dark inside the storm.

Help us survive the wind and hail
Until we see Your love prevail.

Perhaps the storm will one day cease.
I pray ‘til then you grant us peace.

I pray that soon the clouds will part
We’ll see the light inside our hearts.

This morning I ran out of time,
I’ll need your help to end this rhyme.
