Each day, each year brings many roads,
So many paths from which to choose.
Some choices come with heavy loads,
We paint our life with many hues.
Some roads in life we choose to take
Have exit ramps placed far apart.
A choice is made, a dumb mistake,
See clearly now it wasn’t smart.
Each choice we make has consequence.
The choice is made, we pay a price,
Sometimes much more than just a pence,
Another choice, like sugar, spice.
Wise choices lead to better days.
God’s guiding light removes the haze.
