God’s Gift

I know Your truth will set me free
To be a better form of me.
I pray for inward strength, resolve,
Whatever change that may involve.

I pray that as I read and learn
Inside my heart I can discern
Your Holy Spirit from above
Instructing me in truth and love.

I cannot buy, nor can I hire
A way to fill my heart’s desire.
Your love’s a gift I just receive.
A greater gift I can’t conceive.

Lord help me share your love today,
With words I write and words I say.
