Each day as I ponder, I read, and I write,
I pray I’m reflecting God’s love and his light.
I pray that the words that I pen, and I share
Help others know Jesus, His love and His care.
I’ve known Him for decades, He’s with me each day.
He leads me and guides me. He shows me the way.
He’s always beside me, His love never fails.
I know in the end that His love will prevail.
He offers compassion. He knows every need.
His Words provide wisdom if only I’ll read.
No longer in bondage my soul is set free.
No longer in darkness my eyes can now see.
The love that He offers is not mine alone.
I pray that you know Him before you’re called home.
