God skillfully made us, we’re each His delight.
He formed us uniquely with love and with care.
Our soul and our spirit so clear in His sight,
Our innermost being, He’s fully aware.
We each have potential that God placed inside
To know and to love Him, then use what He gave
To share love with others, we’re not made to hide.
It’s only a body we leave in a grave.
As I learn to serve others, less focused on me,
I find myself happy, no room for despair.
As I learn to love others my soul is set free.
God’s Spirit inside me is meant to be shared.
Lord guide and direct me and show me your will.
You gave me a purpose I pray I fulfill.
I believe those more and more as I age. No time for sadness. It’s wonderful
I love the content of this poem. It is certainly my prayer for myself.
