Sometimes the Lord’s ways are a mystery to me,
Reach beyond the horizon my eyes can now see,
Far exceeding the realms that extend beyond time.
Yet His love in my heart can still blossom in rhyme.
Sometimes in life’s journey when things go awry,
I find myself asking, “Lord please, tell me why.”
But then I remember, just trust and obey,
The Lord gives me strength that I need for today.
My faith, when it’s tested, if healthy and strong,
Will carry me through, when the path’s dark and long.
One day I will see and at last understand,
How my life had a purpose, fit into a plan.
One thing that I know and of this I am sure,
The Lord’s always with me, His love’s always pure.
Blessed Assurance, Jesus is mine, Oh what a foretaste of glory divine. Er of Salvation
purchase of God. Born of His spirit, washed in His blood, THIS IS MY STORY……
