I’m saddened by those who use fear as their clout,
Who leverage uncertainty, throw in some doubt.
Beware of those people who peddle their FUD,
Their message more hurtful than just slinging mud.
When they set out to sway you by dolling out fear,
Be wary of words that they want you to hear.
Beware if they’re planting their uncertainty,
Or perhaps they’re appealing to your vanity.
I’m praying that fear will not root and take hold,
We’ll not be uncertain but stand brave and bold.
I pray any doubt will be taken away,
Not finding a home, will just leave and not stay.
I pray that all fear is defeated by love,
That all see the light that God sends from above.
God showed us His love sent for you and for me,
He gave us His Son; we can choose to be free.
